For the Riva Country Phase 1 project located on a 250-acre site in the Riva region of Beykoz District, Kreatif Mimarlık has designed diverse residential types with two different interior design styles. The living spaces have been developed based on the principles of sustainability, considering both individual and communal living demands and constraints.
With the goal of achieving maximum comfort and satisfaction within a minimal area, a broad variety of typologies has been created through an exploration of quantity and quality, addressing different understandings and needs within the living spaces.
