Kreatif Mimarlık was established in 1995 in Istanbul by Civil Engineer Mehmet Cengiç, Architect Selim Cengiç, and Architect Aydan Volkan.
Kreatif Mimarlık’s work, which encompasses numerous national and international projects, evaluates Urban Planning, Architecture, Interior Architecture, and other engineering disciplines as a cohesive whole. Their approach is based on principles of design, interdisciplinary coordination, budget and schedule control, efficiency-based project management, and ensuring the highest architectural quality. Kreatif Mimarlık aims to design buildings that are highly efficient, healthy, and functional, with a positive impact on people and the environment. For each project, they primarily consider the client’s objectives and the current and potential future needs. They then integrate this information with environmental conditions and the project’s role within its surroundings.
The office founders, who are involved in the design and oversight of each project from the preliminary concept phase through planning, construction, and completion, believe that the success of a project is enriched through teamwork. They emphasize this richness at every stage of the project.
