For the Riva Country Project, located on a 500-acre site in the Riva region of Beykoz District, Kreatif Mimarlık has designed the Masterplan project.
Riva Country is conceived with an organic architectural approach in harmony with nature. This approach involves analyzing the topographical features of the land and designing the development with minimal intervention to the terrain. Each street has been carefully designed to be unique and distinct, reflecting the organic nature of the development.
In the project, living areas that foster neighborhood relationships among residents with similar needs and preferences have been aimed for, with privacy and communal living boundaries harmoniously integrated with nature. The neighborhood structures have been designed with a nature-respecting approach to balance the intended sense of community and privacy within the living spaces.
